Is it possible to upgrade to electric driver seat in a 2015 Nissan Rogue Select without much alterations.

I wouldn't. Can't possibly know how each vehicle is made to work but doesn't this manually make all the adjustment it would if power? Many I've been in - assorted makes do.
If this has multiple driver's always changing positions I can maybe understand wanting this or if extra features also come but now wires and controls aren't there waiting to just plug in so makes it IMO a problem spot later if not right away how to run wiring properly and how it's controlled.
Just me perhaps. I adjust a totally powered seat once as I'm the only driver of my own car and it stays in the same spot for ages. Maybe move it to vacuum better would be a reason to touch it again.
The easy answer and suggestion is just don't do this,
