Hi guys, so i hit a curb, and i think a part its lose or missing. OR can u tell me what part is that with the cap?

Just look at your own pic. That appears strongly as the cap to push or screw into the item with the copper fastener to its left held by a cord so it wouldn't be lost and guess it worked!

Yes, that looks like the oil filter housing and a cap to cover the drain plug.

Looked a bit oily not sure if for some diesel something (is NOT my game if so) but put it back or if ruined a new one. They didn't waste the buck doing that for nothing,
