Water leak near muffler

I am thinking of buying a 2003 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner crewcab, 3.4l V-6 w 90k miles on it, from a private party. However when I started it up, it began to drip water steadily from near the muffler. Having never seen something like this before, I'm trying to find out if this is serious enough to consider NOT buying the vehicle. There was no odor, and it was just a steady drip, not a huge amount. I would've expected condensation from the a/c to appear further up front.

As long as there are no performance problems with the way the engine runs than it is probably ok. The combustion process with produce a bit of moisture in the exhaust. There will also be a certain amount of condensation accumulate in the exhaust system which will be expelled at start up. Jeff
