It's an "up-draft" carb such that you don't need a fuel pump even if it has one. YouTube thing didn't show but just the pic of the machine.

Those carbs you can almost redo with ordinary spare needle valve and fix any float issues like if it sank and make your own gaskets if needed.

If redoing this one all you are really doing is cleaning it out not much more. That and if you just smear silicone grease on the gaskets you can re-use them forever.

There will be an idle screw, mixture at idle screw and usually one for a power screw just gets the mixture correct. If specs unknown and bet unknown screw anything in and count the turns and put it back after cleaning right where it was.

Float level is the trick as no doubt brass hollow and they can sink and if so engine would flood out badly. It's just get any fuel out and AYOR with fuel solder the leak. They used to sell a product that made fuel not burn but haven't heard of it in about 45 years but they make it. Ask where a place would fix radiators, gas tanks if any around you.

Set float by holding needle valve and probably just get the fuel filled by a bottle in it and see where it shuts off incoming fuel which is likely about level for the float(s) as a unit. You'll know if it's too rich or lean by the smell of exhaust when warmed up if you have a good nose - not kidding,

(edit) Found pic of sample one and how simple if it stays showing.

Also carb. is spelled "carburetor" and your spell check will not correct you as it doesn't know how to spell it anyway Cool )
