Will not start Sign In
I have a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica which will not start. I turn the key and it makes no sound. All the panel lights come on,the horn & radio works. I had the battery tested and it works & I had the started tested and it works. I had it towed from the grocery store on yesterday. I need help...please

First thing is to ensure your battery connections are clean and tight. Make sure battery is charged. Then check trigger wire on starter (yellow/grey wire) with a test light when ignition turned to start position. If no problems found, it starts to get more in depth. Are you testing/repairing this yourself? Do you have test light/multimeter and know how to use it? How were the battery and starter tested? Notice anything not working with key on?

With GC on all tests. I too wonder how tests were done if conclusive.


Just to add: Is it fully in PARK? Try "N" also. IMO never mind dinky lights but if horn honked there should have been some noise so I'll bet no power at the trigger wire GC mentioned or if that one just pushes on it needs better there but I doubt that type,
