I dont know all the details about the car because I'm inquiring for my brother. He has no winshield wipers..They wont work. He's frustrated & now wants to just sell the car. Everything he's checked seems to be o.k. He's replaced the Wiper motor, that wasn't the problem. Can we help him? Whats involved in putting in new ones? Would appreciate any advice please. sings69

Boston bulldogs! No, we have Kitty! Jim - Boston was once an Indian name - no joke - it was called Shawmut for the Indians! I did check out the site and you pay first to get any possible help which is not in line with this forum, Tom

So....are you actually gunna answer this guy's question about his wiper problem, or are you just going to sit there and cry about someone else's post... P.S. You deleted the ONLY post that tried to offer an actual, honest response... P.P.S. This guy may have "bashed" mechanics a bit, but you are sure driving the nail home Here are my "websites" www.2carpros.com/ www.familycar.com/carrepair/ www.43things.com/things/view/30560/learn-to-fix-cars www.econofix.com www.canadasucks.com

Thanks Mr. guest. I was wondering that myself? By thinking..Whats going on? A 91 Taurus..The vehicle is a 91 Ford Taurus. And no, I'm not who you think I am. I'm a newbie. According to my brother theres a 5 wire plug that connects to the new wiper motor, so he's not sure about being grounded.

Sings 69 We didn’t delete the only helpful response to your question; the response was a self-seeking one; promoting, “you can do anything kit.” A do it yourself kit, something like a do your own tax kit; where you have to be an accountant to understand it. I dislike people that say; read/watch my book or videos and you can fix all and any problem you would ever have, why pay a professional, just PAY me! These snake-oil sales people must have a sleeping disorder; how else could they come up with this crap? With as little you or we had to go on, no one could have given a reply that was worth the time to type a reply, to your question. Sorry Not your fault because you told us that you didn’t know all the details. Details that we really need because we’re not there too see this vehicle. If vehicles were all that easy to repair or all vehicle systems were the same; Mechanics, their garages or even this web site would not be here or needed. Dan. Canadian "EH"

Sings69, On the Taurus, (now that we actually know what it is) click here for some information on the wiper system. Click on the links on the right side for all the parts in the system. Please don't judge us by others. The guest poster seems to have a lot of websites, but I did not see any information offered from them. Each manufacturer has different ways of doing things and that is why we ask for specifics on the vehicle. The first post or two in the forum is for you to read and help us help you. There is a real possibility the wiper/turn signal switch is the problem. Being way2old is why I need help from younger minds
