When I turn the key I get a few feeble clicks from the "computer." When I let go of the key, the computer buzzes fiercely. Two other clues. Since the last time it ran, I've installed a new battery (fully charged). and the computer (mounted on the right side of the passenger's leg area) got rather wet from the window being open about an inch during a heavy rain. Any ideas where the problem might be? Thanks!
