00 Dodge Caravan rattles

The 2000 Dodge Caravan, 97k miles, has a tendency to "rattle" (for lack of a better word) when accelerating through the 50-55mph range. It does not happen every time and I can't intentionally get it to rattle. However, when it does rattle all I have to do is let off the gas pedal, it will stop. Then almost all of the time I'd just accelerate immediately after letting off the gas and it wouldn't rattle again. Any ideas? Background info: I changed the spark plugs and the rattling stopped for a while but then returned again. The plug wires and the ignition coil were replaced, but to no remedy.

Check the heat shields on cat converters. You can fix up a rusted one but they should be there, T
