Rover Streetwise heater problems and leak

Rover Streetwise 2003, water leak and heater not working. Got new radiator, water pump, engine tested and OK, heater hoses OK, still problems 80000 approx miles done. 1.4 engine.

Alley; If you are losing water, it has to be going somewhere. Have the system pressure tested and re-checked for external leaks. Check the oil to make sure the water isn't going into the engine. Have the engine tested for a leaking head gasket. It is normal for the heater to quit functioning once the coolant level drops. It must be completely full and all air purged from system.
