Is this a one whole door or glass open within the door? Either way, look where they catch to lock. There no doubt is a way to tighten the glass to rubber or door to rubber with a fairly easy adjustment. It's something I'd have to look at as there are a few ways it's done. Hook or bolt that can adjust, or the whole latching jaw sometimes will move a bit in the direction to tighten.

If there's something loose in the whole door that would be something else,

Ok: Look right at where it latches. The window probably has a "U" bolt that gets caught in the jaws of the latch on the metal part of the door. U bolt probably can't be moved so look at the latch side. Bet it's behind a panel that will have to move to get access to see probably 2-4 10mm bolts that hold the whole latch mechanism. If so you would just loosen those a bit and move the whole assy such that it would then latch tighter. Go a little at a time and scribe where you started as you don't want to overdo it. You could get it so tight that it may not want to open!

There may not be a lot of adjustment and if it's giving you a hard time I'd ask a body shop for some pointers on what to do or any tricks for this particular vehicle. You didn't say what year which doesn't matter but one or more years these were 100% a Nissan product I think?
