WIERD! Any recent work that had to deal with wiring?

I would start by pulling the fuse on that circuit and if it stays on still it is obviously a crossed wire that could be hard to find, let us know, T

You could also pull the heater fuse. If the motor stops check for a stuck blower motor relay. If it stays on, like Tom said, check for a short to power.

you need a what you call a blower resistor or maybe be called as blower controll module i replace them all the time folks would come up and say no one ever heard or saw a blower motor running with keys out of the ignition buy yes it happens i replace alot of blower controll module or blower resister as some would same they are differnt tho if the module is messed up your blower will run cause that is the thing that sends power to the motor when it is in off positiopn power is gone there for if the blower module is messed up it will constantly send voltage to the motor
