ok im pretty new to cars so im sorry if i dont explain too well (i am female after all)
i bought a auto car that had just gone thro its MOT
i havent long passed my test and i was still abit unsure of the car.
the steering seemed slightly lose (a little over easy to drive)
and i noticed that the braking wasnt so great. it hit a crunch when i was driving upto a massive BUSY round about and the brakes had been playing up on my drive home having to press the peddel to the floor for it to break ... but the car infront obviously stopped for the round about, i braked in advance knowing they was playing up but they didnt work making me fly round the car into the busy round about, hitting the round about edge making my car spin back into the road then into a bush and tree. what can be the reasons for this? surely it shouldnt have passed MOT 3 months early. i now need to get someone to look at them to tell me if i can sue the MOT place. please help me?!?!? ... and give me the reasons why this could have happened so i have an understanding when RAC get round to looking at it.
the cars a write off completely obviously!
many thanks
