we have a 93 F350 diesel non turbo 7.39 4 wheel drive super cab. we changed the front brake disc calipers & master cylinder. now the front brakes will not release & the brake pedal will not build up. we've bled it repeatedly. anyone know how to fix this please?

Don't know much about it. But it sounds electrical. Maybe the electric to the master cylinder or a fuse ?
I had a car with a brake release switch on the transaxle once ?

A couple maybe things: Master cylinder may not return to full off with freeplay noted at pedal and fluid can't release pressure back to master cylinder. If master cylinder was not properly bench bled and had this problem with the front now dragging that could explain that with soft pedal too.

Flex hoses can lock pressure to apply brakes and not let them release but would be ridiculously rare for both to do that at the same time,
