89 Camry sv21 170000 ks running down the road and the vehicle shut down no sound or vibration check engine light came on and just pulled over when trying to start again ad more of a ticking sound when trying to turn over ?

Sounds like the battery is dead now. You would have to recharge and test the battery and then the charging system. A bad alternator is likely.
