car still will not start after putting in a new head gasket, new spark plugs, new starter, coil pack is new, and replace the sensors...i was thinking it was the timing but i was told that if there is a spark then the timing isnt the issue...what else would it be

Year, make, model, and engine size?
Your valve timing can be off and you can still have spark. Would be nice if you could give us a little more information about what happened to warrant all those new parts being installed.
Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
