2009 Chrysler town and country, 150,000 miles 3.8 v6 I am having problems getting the airflow to shift from the floor to the defrosters or anywhere else, seems like it gets stuck on one way them don't want to switch to anywhere else it will if I keep playing with the button, thanks for your help once again

There is an electric mode actuator on the left side of the HVAC housing. You should observe it while attempting to change position through the controls and see if it is responding. You could have a bad actuator or internal air door damage. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
