ford ka, 2007,milage 8500 Im wondering if i need to buy a new car battery, my car was in my garage over christmas and wasnt started for well over a month. When i tried to start it 2 weeks ago it obviously need a jump start, i drove the car for maybe 12 miles a week ago, started to car a few days after that just to see if it would start and it did, that was 5 days ago, today the car wont start again. Is this a sign that the battery is bad or just that the car isnt being used in this cold weather and just needs another jump start and a good drive about?

That's why they make battery testers. It needs to be fully charged before it can be tested. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
