escort front discs

hello i have a ford escort van 1996 and the front offside disc is locking up till i bleed a bit of fluid off
i have changed the caliper/disc pads and it works fine for a bit then locks up its all clean and free but it still locks till i bleed a bit off

If one wheel then check out that brake and if it's really locked and bleeding releases it, it's probably a flex hose not allowing fluid back out and as it gets warmer just makes it brakes harder,
