i have a 97 ford ranger 2.3L 2WD. my exaust is rattling in the back and there is nothing i can do but wrap something around it. is there any kind of wrap that would cushion it against the metal to eliminate the noise and stand up to the heat? also there is a dash light out for one of the gauges. would i have to take the whole dash apart to replace it?

On the dash light, probably have to remove the instrument cluster to access and replace the bulb... Check out this site <<<< click there for Jim's information. As far as the exhaust, don't know of any "wrap" for it..i sugesst taking it to an exhaust shop. They should be able to find out why its contacting the body and repair it,possibly with the proper hanger or an extra universal hanger. Maybe something is rusting thru and needs replacement. Jim
