1994 Honda Accord LX 4cyl 220k was great last year now fails big time on CO and hydrocarbons New distributer and ignition module, cap, rotor, wires and plugs checked timing and will check TDC (pull plugs) tomorrow. No fault light will check for codes. What would you replace if you had one day to fix-like tomorrow Thanks, David in Colorado

No emission test results? We don't know how much or when it is producing those higher than normal HC or COs. Usually that is from the engine burning too much fuel or not fully burning all the fuel during combustion events. It could also be from a worn or failed catalyst. There is no way we can give you an accurate answer to your problem because there are so many things that could cause those problems. Someone is going to have to sit down and do some testing. This isn't the McDonald's drive thru. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
