ford windstar heater blend door Sign In

my 2000 ford windstar has stopped blowing hot air in the front of the van. the fuses are all good, the heater core is working fine. i found one vacuum hose disconnected ( that fixed my vent control problem). but i still cant get hot air to the front. what do i check next?

??: Just surfed around and didn't find much on the layout of a dual system Windstar. Can you look and see how the coolant is controlled for front and rear cores? The blend door may not be the issue with this - it might not be getting any heated coolant to the front core.

Try feeling the path of heater hose and any diverter devices and see if the warm/hot coolant just stops on the way to the front core.

Any other ideas guys?
