have a 01 town and country with a 3.3. /does the fuel pump run when the key is in the on position ?

Fuel pump is empowered with key in "run" position whether engine is running or not. Pump will stop making the usual buzzing noise when pressure is built up,

Guess without chart is over 20psi. More likely. If it never quits buzzing with power to it and engine off it can't hack it,
