We had a blizzard last night, and I park my car on the street. Now there is ice in the tires that is making the car shake. I have nowhere to garage it or melt the ice. What do I do? Is it safe to drive it?

Ayuh! Just drag the brakes if it drives ok at low speed to warm them up - use judgement with this trick - and stop and the heat will almost always melt the build up enough to fall off. Been there, done that.....
