ldv pilot - changing glow plugs

ldv pilot - changing glow plugs Sign In
Hello I have a LDV Pilot van (2003) that needs it's glow plugs changing. I'm having problems removing the plastic covering so I can get at the glow plugs. Have managed to nearly get it off (have undone various bits) and can access the front two glow plugs but cannot get at the back two.

Can anyone tell me how to completely remove the plastic cover?!

That's not a vehicle we have here in the US so we won't have any info on it.
