What year, make ,model, engine size vehicle is this? How long ago was intake gasket replaced? Have the system pressure tested and checked for leaks. How much coolant are you having to add and how often? If its losing coolant is has to be going somewhere. Depending on the amount of coolant loss, possibly is leaking/seeping from the weep hole of the water pump. Or,it can be an internal problem,I.E. head and/or headgasket, engine block. Get the system pressure tested first. If repair was recently done, take it back and have the shop check it again. Let us know Jim
