I have a 1991 mitsubishi mighty max pick up. My son ran it hot and ruined the engine I purchased a used engine put it in and now it will not start. It runs when starting fluid is sprayed in it. Fuel is getting to the fuel rail but not to the injectors . I put the fuel pressure regulator , the throttle position sensor and idle control valve from the old engine on the new one but it still will not start. no codes stored in the ecm any ideas on what might be the problem?
