Help, I have a 2004 Chevy Venture. It just wouldn't start one night at work, I had it towed home, and i went through the process of testing everything including rapping on the started a couple of times. When I turn the key all of the dash lights work the headlights are strong and do not dim, everything works it looks like I have a strong battery, yet when I turn the key to the starting position I got nothing. I replaced the starter, I replaced the relay by the battery and I only get a click. Help I don't know what to do next.

If you already tried jumping the vehicle try moving shifter to N. If no luck then a test light and attached diagram should help. Hoping there is NO remote starter to make this simple process harder- let us know http://www.revbase.com/...DownloadPdf?id=81280

Thanks I already tried moving the shifting lever to neutral still doesn't work, I guess I am left t the wiring. Not my favorite thing, but I will need to follow this through.

If someone turns the ignition to start, can you feel/hear the starter relay in the fuse box click? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

that was bad, and I replaced it, now we hear the click but still no start, I am so frustrated. I will follow the wiring diagram and see what that gets me. I did pull the front rt wheel and turned the crank by hand so I know that is freed up.

I wasn't asking you if you replaced the relay. I was asking if you could feel or hear the relay click when someone attempted to start it. That will tell you if you have a control or load side problem in the starting circuit. Does this have an aftermarket alarm system or remote start system? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Yes I hear a click, and no aftermarket remote starter or alarm system
