hi guys newby here my daughter has got a 3 cylinder 1L corsa 1998 and upon pulling on the drive today told me it was dropping oil at a rate so pulling the bonnett up i could see that the oil pressure sensor had come out,all the oiled up areas point to that vicinity ie under engine front driverside and around the offside front wheel,it had also been running quite hot i suppose to there not being the correct amount of oil in the system b4 i gunk it down to have a proper look dya think that it could lose that much oil with the sensor being out,or something more sinister thanx guys

Don't drive it like this till fixed! If you saw the source fix that and fill properly. Then report changes in performance if any. Lack of oil can easily destroy an engine! T
