2002 Pontiac Bonneville 3.8 about 150,000 miles
grand kids car
having trouble starting it ,seems like the battery is dead, but when tested it reads 12 v
she said it hard to start and needed a jump the other day
tested it with a diagnostic tool and it said battery was at 12 v
any help would be appreciated, looking for some where to start
battery is like $150.00 bucks

12.6 if fully charged.... 12.0 is low...
Start off with pulling the battery and having it tested... Also clean the cables real well whiles its out and clean up the batt posts
