Egad! You are making the parts industry happy! The issue is lack of fuel from what I read. What is the operating pressure when you do get it going and prime it? GMs are fussy to stay within specs and if not isolate why. You've replaced so much it's and even a new part could be bad. An exhaust restriction could change all the info and send wrong amount of fuel but would usually start without priming, T
