truck won't start warm

Hello, I'm having an issue with my '97 GMC Sonoma 4.3L 2WD. The truck sat around all spring and summer, I only drive it as a winter vehicle. This started up fine at the beginning of the month, its first start in about 5 months. I started it a few more times over the course of a week, put some new fuel in it, all went well. A couple days ago I started it up, drove it somewhere, started it again to go somewhere else, then started it again, then shut it off... about 15 minutes later I tried to start it again, nothing. I had power to everything, but the engine wouldn't turn over. I left it in a parking lot and had someone pick me up. We came by about 2an hour and a half later and tried it, still nothing. We then came back with tools about 8 hours later, turns out we didn't need the tools because the thing started right up. I drove it fine for a couple days, but today I kind of went through the similar routine of starting it, driving it for about 30 minutes, then starting it again about 15 minutes after I had shut it off, drove it for about 10 minutes, then parked it. Came out to start it again about 20 minutes later, nothing. I'm goign to try it again tonight after I get out of work... I've read it could be a relay somewhere inside the vehivle, possibly near my stearing column, or it could just be a solenoid issue, any ideas? Thank you

Probably a connection at the starter, starter solonoid or starter itself. Try to avoid the term "turn-over" when talking about a vehicle as it is confusing. Best left to describe food like a "turnover" for something to eat. "Crank" or "No crank" is more telling, T
