very tiny leak on air valve stem Sign In

I wanted to deflate it and try to seal it with something. Any suggestions?

It's a tiny leaks that requires me to go to fill it up at least 1 a week.
Very tiny leak so I don't think there's anything wrong with trying to seal it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is it leaking around where it goes through the wheel, or inside where the schraeder valve is?

Thanks for the reply. I threw some water around the valve so it's not the outside but can hear it when tire is full and it sounds like it's coming from that area. I totally overlooked the shrader valve, I'll try that. Maybe just gotta get a tool to tighten the needle. I imagine if that doesn't work and it is coming out of the valve it would have to be replaced.

Soapy water will help find the exact spot. Shrader valves can be replaced without having to replace the whole valve stem which would require removal of the tire or just try tighten it up. That is a special tool but can be and is sold as part of some caps but they aren't expensive either way, T
