how do you take the crank shaft pulley off crankshaft on a 1994 Ford Taurus SHO 3.2 liter. The motor is not turning but the bolt won't turn

It called a "Harmonic Balancer" and requires a puller tool, with tight quarters could be a pest! All bolt must be removed of course. Air tools can help with this. I havent touched one of those cars but sometimes you can get at stuff thru the wheel well, Good luck,

i am afraid tom is correct air tools do the job well the best way i found to work on that area is thru the wheel well.good luck!
