98 dodge Durango with 150,000 miles, went to check all my fluids and noticed I was low on antifreeze, I warmed the truck up and I seen fluid leaking under my truck ,fluid was leaking after the truck was hot and leaking from around the bottom of the water pump some where I could not see where from, could it be the little hose on the thermostat, because it only leaks after the engine is hot ? I believe its a 5.9 engine, do you have any ideas ? really don't have the money to take it in any where, any help would be great thanks dennis from Milwaukee,wi

If you think you have no money now, just pray you don't fry it from lack of cooling. The system has to be pressure tested and examined by someone that can recognize where it's coming from. Sure, it could be the bypass hose but that needs to be determined accurately. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
