My blower motor has been fluctuating in rpm randomly. Sometimes does not turn on at all until I start driving for a few minutes, then it will kick on by itself. Any idea what the problem is? If so, how do I access and fix the problem?

This could be either a bad blower motor, a faulty relay, or a tired blower resistor. You'd have to check for power and ground with a test light at the motor while the motor is not running. If the light glows bright replace the motor. If the light is off check the input of the resistor. If that has power going in the relay is good. Check the output side. If it has power going out, repair open wiring to motor. If it has no power going out, replace resistor. Steve
