2003 Ford Explorer thermostat clicks when I move it off cold

2003 Ford Explorer thermostat clicks when I move it off cold Sign In
Anytime i move the thermostat from full cold there's a clicking sound coming from behind the controls in the dash.
Any idea what this would be and how to fix it?
