my ac blows hot at idle and really cold while driving checked pressure found low side at idle to be 120 psi on low side and compresser cycles. any thoughts on what is wrong and what needs to be changed to get low side pressures down to normal lvls.
out side temps 95

Fan(s) working? You need both high and low pressures while compressor is engaged at a raised RPM tells of system more than a single low side pressure which means almost nothing if compressor is cycling quickly you need to know more. Do yourself a favor and don't go adding refrigerant till you have comprehensive know how of what pressure should be when and never use a can with a gauge on it type thing,

Pretty sure you have one or two electric fans assisting air flow through the radiator ( and the A/C condenser coil ) ?

They should be working when the car is sitting still , at idle , with the A/C on . Check that .

Make sure the coolant ( antifreeze ) level is not low . Make sure nothing is blocking air flow through the radiator and condenser coil .

God bless
