2006 Toyota Highlander Hybrid 250,000 miles... lots of good, hot air in the defroster & the front-facing vents, but nothing on the floor! The air sounds like its blowing strong, its just not coming out. Its winter in the midwest, this is an issue lol! Any help or ideas would be gratefully appreciated, thank you!

The mode doors are operated by an electric actuator usually mounted on the left side of the HVAC housing. If it is switching from defrost to center, the motor is likely good. The doors or the mechanism could be jammed up.
