I have a 2014 gmc Sierra 1500 5.3 v8 freon leaked out. I purchased leak detector and found that the condenser was leaking. Today I installed the new condenser. Put my manifold gauges on and hooked up my vacuum pump. Open low and high side. Pulled about 25 inches of vacuum in an hour. Closed gauges and shut off pump. 30 min later no lose of vacuum. I used a can of a/c pro hooked it up to the low side. Started trick. Turned a/c on high and started recharging. Compressor kicked in and filled almost all of the can. But the compressor stooed taking freon. Have 30 psi on the ac pro can. I cannot get anymore in. Any help would be great

Slow down before this goes "catastrophic" if not already! 25HG took an hour! Why? What type of leak did condenser have - a hole from a stone or something or slow leak - it matters.
Pretty new but a leak can happen anytime blasting fast or very slow. Which was it? A/C Pro may or may not be the way to go it doesn't necessarily only contain refrigerant but may have unknown oils or sealers and system could be wrecked if so! Not the right approach.
25Hg isn't a full vacuum By the way unless you pulled that at about 5,000 ft. above sea level that's a failure alone. 29.92Hg. is the normal reading for sea level adjust 1 Hg. for each 1,000 ft. of elevation.
It's mandatory to empty leaking condenser of oil if you cut it all open then see how much oil comes out so you can add that back in plus some depending on how and why it leaked as an educated guess can be close or no clue depending on how it failed.
Almost no system can sustain a slow leak and continue to operate or compressor will suffer oil starvation before it shuts down is almost certain you end up with catastrophic compressor damage then debris is the problem your new condenser may already be full of junk can't be cleaned out, accumulator if GM still using a CCOT system should also be replaced and a new orifice tube inspected for debris in old one and new one installed.
Other: The charge has to be to the ounce! Not guessing with cheapo gauge on an A/C Pro can if it was pure 134a the system hold more than those cans if pure doesn't account for oil or debris there's a high chance this system is already FUBAR with a tone more work, flushing and more new parts even the condenser trashed yet again.
Here to help but know that DIY A/C will quickly set you back worse off than you were at the beginning for missing details and lack of equipment and full understanding of how it works, fans working, compressor checked for debris also and a two year education program including apprenticeship of how it all works plus what system shut it down and how to figure out extent of damage or the venture costs more in damage trying partial fixes.
In short: How fast did it quit and how much oil was lost plus what debris was found in remaining oil if any? Vacuum failed you should have quit then if that was accurate.
Hope I'm wrong but seems this attempt to DIY this fix has set you back and likely worse than if you didn't touch it! It's very unforgiving to make errors,

Thanks but I fixed it. Flushed system new vacuum 29 and recharged freon with manifold gauges. 32psi low high was a little over 150 I think. Cant remember did it at like 3 this morning. Today runs goog 43 degrees at the vents. Thanks for the help

If you didn't weigh the refrigerant properly you could be buying a compressor not too far down the road.
You cannot charge by pressures.

I have a scale that I set the can on and when it drops 2 oz then shut it off. That's they way I always do it from the start. Weigh the can full and empty. That tells you how much went in. I needed 20 oz I have 18 in it now. I hope I'm right.
