99 Dodge Stratus AC not blowing any air Sign In

I have a 1999 Dodge Stratus 2.4L with about 178,000 miles.
The AC and heater worked awesome up until one fateful instance. On a cold night, we got in the car, turned it on, and without driving around or anything, we just sat in the car and blared the heater to warm up. The next morning, I got in the car and absolutely nothing was blowing. No air from the AC or heater on any speed or setting. I could still hear a clicking noise activate coming from under the hood when turning on the AC, but no air at all.
I replaced the blower motor fuse which looked bad, but still had no change after replacing. I did some reading and eventually replaced the blower motor resistor and still had the same exact symptoms, no change. Then I replaced the actual blower motor which I was pretty positive was the problem. Unfortunately I was disappointed in that it wasn't the solution. After putting in the new blower motor however, I did notice hearing the different vents or something open and close as I switched between settings. But still no air.
I'm pretty stuck as to what my next option could be. Maybe one of the connectors on the resistor or the motor are burnt up or something. Or perhaps the blower motor is still not getting power, but I'm not sure how to tell if any of those are the case.

If the fuse was blown and you replaced it before replacing the Blower Motor, and the Blower Motor was bad, then it probably blew the fuse again .
Did you check the fuse after replacing the Blower Motor?

I had thought that as well. I checked the fuse and it looked good. I ended up taking the parts out again to double check if I did everything correctly and checked the first again at that point. It was still good.

With the blower setting on high check the voltage on both wires that go to the blower motor connector. Don't unplug the connector. Take your volt meter with the black lead connected to a good ground and use the red lead to touch inside the back of the connector. You want to make your voltage measurements without disconnecting anything. Let us know your readings.
