AC problem on 2004 Mazda 6 Sign In

my a/c blows hot air.
So I hook my gauges and i got
about 30 on the low side.
I tried adding Freon up to
45 the compressor kick in but it will stop
every 3 sec and the gauge is fluctuating.
I think its the expansion valve. so i replace it.
only to find out its doing the same thing.
when i added more Freon the freon burst
out of the back of compressor. at the proper
amount of Freon the compressor keep running
on and off every 3 sec.

Sport - unplug the compressor or disable it till you understand how much damage you can do or already did messing where you don't belong. #1 you'll learn pressure is totally temperature related and all conditions when observed. You've listed none.

Just read this for charging a system that has no problems what it takes never mind YOU THINK IT NEEDS SOMETHING TO DO WITH REFRIGERANT at all and may not!

If anything in that is confusing to you send this job out or take the courses and have the equipment to work on automotive A/C as you risk total destruction being wrong,

I agree with Tom. Assuming your using that DIY charge kit which is garbage. You need a set of AC manifold gauges so you can look at both the high and low sides of the system. The system is also charged by weight, not pressure. The system may be overcharged, so you'll need to have the system recovered, evacuated, and recharged using the proper equipment. Once you know it has the correct charge weight, then see what your pressure readings are if it is still acting up.
