There are 2nother components that play a part in that circuit. That is the Blower Motor control processor and the Instrument Panel Integration Module and either could be a problem but more likely the Blower module. Make sure you have checked the 40amp fuse marked "HVAC BLO" in the rear fuse box ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

That pretty much means the fuse is good. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

All you can check is that it is receiving power and ground. There is no way you can test the input signal without some expensive equipment so trying a new one is about the only way you can find out.

You can't test an electric motor with an ohmmeter. You need to just apply power and ground to it. As far as finding your parts, you can use Google just as easily as I can.
