Divine Intervention?

I last posted a thread asking about my 96 Taurus leaking heater core and got some good advice here, well I need help again figuring something else. Recapping....my engine leaked tons and every 15-20 miles I needed to refill with water (3 times to work and 3 times back) inorder to continue and not redline the heat gauge. I had the steaming of my windshied and even had a pressure test by a shop to confirm the source of the leak was the heater core. I lived with these conditions (8 days) cause of the high cost to repair and I needed time to get another paycheck..fastforward to Monday morning....the usual stops for water on the way to work but when I got to my car and drove home.....NO LEAKING & NO OVERHEATING??? Its been 4 days now and not a drop of water and steady heat gauge...can anyone explain? I know it can't be Divine Intervention cause I'm really not that nice of a person Could there be a reason or am I living on borrowed time.

Funny! Could be that the system can't hold pressure anymore and hence doesn't push coolant/water out the leak or that some debris is caught in the leak like a sealer at the moment. If it really has a leak it will come back to visit you. Keep the water handy - or a mix if subject to cold. Bet it doesn't pressure up right now.. T
