My Honda Civix 2003, floor carpets get all wet overnight. Can it be condensation? Or what? Thanks.

It can be 3 most common reasons matter what the car is exposed to. Is it raining when this happens? Leaks - windshield most likely? Are you using A/C and in humid conditions? That's condensate/water normal but supposed to drip outside to ground. Those you find drain and clear it out. Another is heater core - bummer. Wet is from leaking heater core shouldn't dry out well and have odor. Windows would fog and hard to clean it noticing the wet coolant is also low. Clue - wet a paper towel with the dampness see if it dries out as fast as a plain water or not it's coolant/antifreeze. Don't allow that to stay leaking it's already a nightmare to clean up whatever makes it wet that's harder. It also mean consuming coolant next would be overheating up to "game over" for this if ignored. Find out what it is as said at least for a beginning and I wouldn't wait, T
