HVAC Problem-2014 Ford Fusion Sign In

I have a 2014 Fusion. Both my AC and heat will not blow any air. Under the hood, my AC lines are cold and heat lines hot, so there isn’t a temperature issue; I am thinking it may be the blower motor. I first checked all fuses under the hood and interior, and they are all good. I am thinking the issue may lie within the blower motor itself, either bad wiring or the whole unit.

When I attempt to turn on my AC or heat, I get nothing at all; and I can hear a slight clicking noise near the glove compartment area, which I’m assuming is near the location of the blower motor. I have yet to find and check this.

Does anybody have experience with this and can lead me in the right direction? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I agree your blower motor is not working but don't assume that automatically means bad blower motor. You need to test for power and ground arriving at the blower motor first.

You can also try tapping on the blower motor while it is turned on.
