I have a 97 Cavalier Z24. Until recently the heat in my car has never put out much but it was enough to not go through the trouble of figuring out the problem and/or fixing it. Unfortunately, a couple days ago when I turned my heat on it was making a soft fluttering noise and baaarely blowing out the vents. The air coming out the vents was warm/hot, it just wasn't blowing out. Now it won't even make the flutter noise. It seems pretty obvious to me the heater fan is the problem but since I've never encountered this problem figured I'd get some advise and suggestions before attempting to fix it. Anything is greatly appreciated cuz I'm COLD and don't have a garage to fix it in.
Oh and... Radio and everything else works just fine.
