90 Supra Over Flow of Water out of over flow hose on overflow tank. Car doesn't overheat and radiator hoses never get hard. There is no water mixing with the oil.
The overflow occurs usually only when running the car down the highway and not at an idle. Any thoughts or suggestions? Also replaced the radiator cap with a new one
and that didn't help. This is a constant overflow of water and I go about 10 miles before it is in need of a gallon of water.

If the system isn't holding pressure, then it can only be a bad pressure cap or hole in the tank.

"Gallon of Water"
Duh - there's a problem and could be just broken recovery tank or hose to it.

FYI - Don't use plain water and you have in an emergency fine but it still needs real coolant mix,
