Radiator Flush '92 Pontiac Grand Am SE Sign In

Hi all- I want to flush my girlfriends 92 Grand Am SE but cannot seem to locate the petcock to drain the radiator. I have a flush kit but am not sure how to hook up all the hoses. Is there an easier way to drain and flush the radiator on this car?

You can take off the lower rad hose but try to catch all you can. With a '92 you may need new hoses and watch out for the old anti-freeze as it is a wicked Hazmat, T

you can never truly flush the coolant system without(a) a coolant flush machine or (b) removing the thermostat, as simple garden hose pressure in most applications does not have enough pressure to open the thermostat to flush entire system.
