Compressor clutch will not engage. I have good ground from clutch , but no power. Have checked continuity thru entire control system. Only open found in in the cold temp cut-out. Not sure if it should be N/O or N/C. Dodge dealer tells me N/O, but this makes no sense. PLEASE HELP

#1 is to take a static pressure of the system at least. These a famous for evaporator leaks and with low or no static pressure whole A/C system will shut down,

That is a 3 wire sensor. It receives power in on the WT wire. It then should have continuity (not necessarily power) between the DB/WT and the DB/YL wires.

Hg is vacuum. Looking for PSI which I think you meant which is enough so there's some electrical problem involved,

Inside the evaporator case but the wiring should come from outside.
You should be able to access them by removing the glove box.
