Is it an Auto Temp Control system?

Do you manually control the temperature and blower speed or do you just set it to a temp and it maintains that temp and blower speed automatically?

Even though it's manual, it still appears to use a blower speed control module which is likely the problem.
It's located under the dash on the passenger side, next to the blower motor.
